WHAT DO WE DO?
We are authorized dealers of Sharp, Xerox, Brother and Lexmark print
management devices. Our Service Technicians are also certified in repairing
and servicing all devices we have in field. The average tenure of our service
technicians is 17.5 years in the office technology space.
FMS utilizes a service management software (E-Automate). Utilizing software
built in Microsoft Azure, we monitor our average response time to Resolve
service requests that are received. For the year of 2021, FMS achieved an
average service resolution time of 3.12 hours.
